One main package, and a few pieces you can add or buy on their own. Every service has a written scope and a fixed price before we start.
Package
Starter ERP in about 30 days
The package for traders and light manufacturers who run on Tally and Excel and want orders, stock and invoices in one place. It covers the core work a small business needs, and nothing you did not ask for.
The four-week target holds when your data is ready and someone on your team can spare a few hours a week. If it will not hold, the proposal says so before you sign.

- Sales, purchase and stock, with more than one godown if needed
- Accounting with Indian GST settings and GST invoices
- Data import from Tally or Excel, with a reconciliation you sign off
- The reports your accountant expects: trial balance, aged receivables, balance sheet, profit and loss and bank reconciliation, set up with your CA
- Training for up to 10 users and a one-page guide
- Tested backup, go-live checklist, two weeks of support

Tally and Excel data migration
Moving data is where ERP projects often go wrong, because old books carry old mistakes. We clean and map your customers, vendors, items, opening stock and opening balances, import them to a test copy, and give you a reconciliation to check against Tally before go-live.

Add-on
GST e-invoice and e-way bill set-up
Odoo's free edition has modules for e-invoicing and e-way bills. We set them up with you, connect them to the government portals with your own login, and test them on sample invoices before you rely on them. They are not part of our demo yet.
You keep your portal login. Filing the returns (GSTR-1, 2B and 3B) is not in the free edition, so your CA files them from our exports. If you want a tool that prepares the return files, we test a paid add-on with you before you buy.

Leads, follow-ups and quotations in one list instead of in each salesperson's phone. When a quotation is accepted it turns into the sales order, so nobody types it again.

Yearly plan
Support and upgrades
A yearly plan covers fixes, small changes, help for your staff, and moving to a newer Odoo version when it makes sense. We keep custom work small so that upgrades stay affordable.
